The whole stack, one local app.
Vega folds the workflow engine, the interface builder, the data tools, and the AI into a single canvas that runs on your machine. Here's each part — in detail.

Vega, in action.
Four real recordings of the app — pick a feature, or let the tour play. The deep-dives below break down each part.
The interface, the logic, and the AI — connected in one flow.
A Vega module isn't a headless script. Its UI Builder and Logic Graph share one canvas: every interface element is also a node, wired directly alongside control-flow, data, and AI nodes. One connected system, two synchronized views.
- Drag in real UI elements — inputs, dropdowns, tables, file handlers — and they become connected nodes in the same graph.
- Full node families: Control Flow, Data, file/PDF, Variables, AI agents, and more.
- A 3-pane inspector on every node — context variables, settings, and live output side by side.
- Watch it run: animated connections, per-node timing, and the exact node that failed lit in red.
Ask Copilot anything — it knows Vega, and can drive it.
Ask how to do a task and Copilot guides you; ask it to, and it acts — changing settings, running modules, wiring nodes, even starting a module for you, visibly. Runs on your own API key.
- Ask it anything — how a node works, why a run failed, what to do next.
- Drives the app, not just advises — settings, runs, nodes, in the builder you watch.
- Suggests nodes and steps — and can build — name a goal; it picks and wires the nodes.
- Your key, your model — your own API key, cloud or local; small models work.

Your machine is the cloud.
Vega installs locally and opens in your browser — a local app, not a website. Nothing leaves your computer. And your other devices connect over your own network, no third party in between.
- 100% local — runs offline, your data never leaves your machine.
- LAN multi-device — open Vega from a second laptop, or a phone as a companion.
- Device Chat + transfers — message and send files across your devices with no size limit.
- Access is approval-gated to your network. (Hardening — auth, rotating passcodes — is on the roadmap.)
Build once — it's an app, a widget, a node, and a file.
Everything you build is one module — built once, never rebuilt. The same module takes four forms, and they never drift out of sync.
- Four forms, one build — a full app you run, a live dashboard widget, a node in your next flow, and a complete node-by-node workflow anyone can run.
- Export in three tiers — clean · with your settings · trusted (encrypted keys, password-protected).
- Fully self-contained — the .zip bundles the nodes, Python packages, and sub-modules. The recipient installs nothing.
Build it, then run it like software.
Vega isn't only where you build tools — it's where you launch, schedule, and watch them. Search any module, pin it to launch, schedule it from once to always-on, and keep an eye on the activity log.
- Search & pin-to-launch — a command-palette for your tools; one click to run a pinned module.
- Local scheduler — Once, Daily, Weekly, Interval, or Continuously. Cron, on your machine.
- Activity log + notifications — see every run; a Notification node pushes alerts to the bell.
- Run several at once — minimize a running module and build another; cap each one's resources.
What we're still building
Vega is being rebuilt for a major update. We'd rather tell you the rough edges than have you find them.
The architecture is real and the vision is set — but it still trips on commands today. We ship it as a preview.
Approval-gated and LAN-scoped today. Authenticator and rotating passcodes are on the roadmap.
A small, real catalog — not a giant store. It fills out with every release, and with what you build.
