By downloading, installing, or using Vega ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Software. The Software is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Subject to these terms, Ueralabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes on a single device per license key. You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software to develop a competing product

You retain full ownership of any data, modules, workflows, and automations you create using the Software. Ueralabs does not claim any rights to your content. All user data is stored locally on your machine unless you explicitly configure external services.

You are responsible for the data you process using the Software and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process it.

Vega is currently in open beta. During the beta period, the Software is provided at no cost and all features are available — no functionality is withheld behind a paywall, and there are no usage-based charges. A valid license key is required to activate and use the Software, and license keys are validated through the Ueralabs license server.

Pricing after the beta has not been finalized. Any pricing will be announced before a beta license expires, and Ueralabs will not introduce per-run, per-seat, or per-token usage metering.

The Software may integrate with third-party services (e.g., AI providers like OpenRouter, OpenAI) when configured by the user. Ueralabs is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Ueralabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Ueralabs may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession. Your user-created data remains yours and is not affected by license termination.

Vega and this website are operated by Ueralabs, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Sourav Singh Solanki, based in Delhi, India.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Software is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

Ueralabs may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ueralabs regarding the Software.
